ScarBucks is an employee recognition and reward program designed to provide another means to thank all of our dedicated employees for their efforts. ScarBucks are issued by managers for special occasions and in recognition for accomplishments. Taking care of the customer is our number one priority and is expected ... Going above and beyond to take care of a client or employee, hearing good words from customers, and those little things that just deserve to be recognized are how you can earn or nominate someone for scarbucks.
Administration
Certificates or acknowledgements on email and/or Scarnet will be issued to nominee. Human Resources will keep track of Scarbucks orders and you can view them in "Customs Fields" on HR Online. Managers and supervisors seeking to recognize employees by means for the ScarBucks program should contact Human Resources. Please use the HELP DESK and issue nominations & reasons behind nominations. Please do not forward chains of emails.
Ordering
Ordering from the ScarBucks catalogue will be done on a quarterly basis. Print out the form located in this catalogue or fill out the excel form located on the intranet and send the via email to Human Resources. This program is limited to active employees only.
The order dates are:
(allow for 6 weeks delivery on each order)
1st Quarter - Orders due January 28,2011
2nd Quarter - Orders due April 30, 2011
3rd Quarter - Orders due July 22, 2011
4th Quarter - Orders due October 27,2011

What if I want items and don’t have enough ScarBucks?
Some people were asking what to do if their orders go over the amount of ScarBucks they have. If this is the case, you may write a check for the difference. Make it payable to Scarbrough International and send it to Human Resources.
How do I know my order has been received?
Upon order receipt, Scarbucks Coordinator will email you a confirmation. Please expect these confirmations within 24 hours of your order.
